Delete your Chinese Trainer account
You can delete your Chinese Trainer account and associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Steps to delete your account
1) Sign in at chinesetrainer.com or in the Android app. 2) Open Settings → Data & account, or use the form on this page. 3) Under «Delete account», type DELETE or your email and confirm. 4) You will be signed out and the account is removed immediately.
Data that is deleted
Profile (name, email, avatar), vocabulary progress and SRS, study sessions, lessons and readings, HSK mock exams, AI tutor chat history and memories, community posts and comments, achievements, cards, challenges, followers/blocks, notification and practice preferences, and subscription linkage inside Chinese Trainer.
Data that may be retained
Billing records in Stripe (per their policy). Technical backups are purged on normal rotation (up to 30 days). We do not sell your data.
Delete data without deleting your account
You can erase specific categories (progress, AI chat, community, social graph, preferences) and keep your account. Use «Delete selected data» below or in Settings.
